i would say take out all of the lv.4 horus`s because you cant bring them out with masked dragon and without protection the get killed way to easily
and if you run the deck right you should have no problem on summoning horus lv.6.
take out a lv.up and put in reincarnate (brings back lv.8 from the graveyard)
Zaikiro is also right with twin headed and tatsukiomy
i would also say add waboku and spear dragon and mirror wall is verry usable in the new format (trustt me its a game changing card even with the 2000 lp. loss)
You can special summon Horus Lv.8 from the garveyard, if it has been special summoned sucessfully first.
The Horus Lv.4 are helpful.

Don't use 2 Solemn Judgement, it's not that great anyway.
-2 Solemn Judgement
-2 Dragon's Rage
+2 Waboku
+2 Sakaratsu Armor
Try that, it should work, S. Armor stops the attack, and kills the monster, and you don't have to pay half your LPs, land Waboku is the ultimate chainable trap, it's the Trap cool people use, DR isn't good any way.
Don't use the Field Card, unless it's Necrovally for Gravekeepers, or LAO, for Ocean decks. Take out Stamping Destruction, and add in one of the best Magic cards; Book of Moon Everything else seems good. Eight Traps isn't that big of a Trap section.:D
Holy Cow, youre back, ^^
True about Sakaretsu Armors. Dragon Rage is helpful for the deck, The Solem Judgements, I could see. I think it would be better to leave the Dragon Rage, Replace Solem Judgement for Waboku and Bottomless Trap Hole for the Sakaretsu Armor's
Book of Moon, that is true, it is one of the best magics,. I put it in in the second edit. But that frostweaver choice.

Solemn Judgement is pretty great. It may not be speed 3, but it's still stops plenty of junks. Originally I was planning Solemn with Horus in another direction... guess I'll take it out. Mirror Wall destroys itself too if you don't pay, so really it's a pointless trap besides for... *evil plot*
No one uses Waboku now, but it was popular two ban lists ago, when everyone throw waboku as one of the stapled trap. If I'm adding in Waboku x 2, then I'll rather add in a Book of Moon and another Bottomless *stabs Phoenix*
Some of my friends do. But they think it stops the atack >__>
Waboku is still impressive in the game. It's just underrated.

Cyber Jar usage goes down, because Cyber Dragon's usage just went up and is being 2x everywhere in every deck that's not thematic in type/attribute/field. When free summons come up that easily, cyber jar's usage definitely goes down (but not low enough to be out). Airknight shall shiver in fright of losing his cookie-cutterness now... actually, i think he did already. He shall live a life where he will always compete with cyber dragon for the tribute monster section.
Actuaully, Cyber Jar useage went down, due to the fact of this is the meta of Arrgo and field control is big ><.

I just add in Dragon's Rage cause why not... it's a decent "MST-me! Don't touch that premature >_>"
What happened to Wave Motion Cannon? *Points to sig* >__>;

Nobleman's main purpose of life isn't against flips. It's main purpose is just to destroy anything that is face down, flip or not, and it's usually D.D. Warrior Ladys/Assailants too >_>; Removing all flips of the same name are a nice add-on, but not the main purpose.
People sometimes want to play field cards not because of deck, but some decks rely on it to take out archfiends, gravekeepers and oceans. Afterall, one way to destroy the field is to replace the field. Some decks just desperately need the attack boost too, even if it doesn't have any special effect like that of ocean *cough*HARPIE*cough* Some decks uses necrovalley as a tech too, I heard.
Something tells me that you heard the Necerovalley thing from pojo.
True, it was great tech in the last format, due to "Invasion of Chaos"(No, I do not mean the set, I mean the cards)

8 traps are quite a bit O.o; I usually go 5-6 or lower. (call, torrential, and a mix of bottomless, sakuretsu, and dust)
8 traps are not at all bad. Mabye in my meta, because everyone plays Jinzo or Decree.

Waboku is still really good, it stared getting played again, because other Traps are banned now, so it's starting to get played agoin, or you could use Threating Roar.
True that D Duo and Ring are banned. But as replacements people have used Sakaretsu Armor and Bottomless Trap Hole in my meta. :0
Threating Roar may not revieve much playablity because many people would want that Sagan destroyed or that Apprentice Magican to be destroyed to summon that Hand of Nepthys to get Sacred Phoenix of Nepthys. Sometimes, Waboku is better.
