First pokemon you catch?

Kanto: Pidgey, for some reason, even though I could catch a Spearow
Johto: Sentret/Spinarak, because I like them both
Hoenn: Taillow, as it is rather awesome
Sinnoh: Bidoof (Just kidding, I'd love to destroy the things) actually Starly.
 
Kanto: Caterpie
Johto: Bellsprout (Cut)
Hoenn: Poochyena
Sinnoh: Shinx
 
Usually it really all depends for me and what exactly I want me team to look like, in fact i don't think I ever catch Pokemon from the first area, there always so... BLEH... Idk common...
 
Kanto - Caterpie/Pikachu - Pikachu is my second favourite Pokémon, I also like Butterfree. (NU <3)

Johto - Hoppip/Wooper/Mareep/Teddiursa - Hoppip and Wooper are some of my favourite Pokémon. Mareep is just a strong electric type that's cute until it evolves. I'd say Hoppip is weak but awesome, who doesn't want a floating ball of fluff which can sleep kill anything in their team? Also Teddiursa is a winrar with all three punches.

Hoenn - Ralts - I love Ralts, Gardevoir is my favourite Pokémon. I like how Gardevoir can learn Thunderbolt and Psychic, has beastly special attack and can calm mind sweep through the entire Hoenn region.

Sinnoh - Shinx/Pichu - I like Shinx because it's awesome and you can EV train it against Bidoof (6 Hp), Starly (252 Speed) and other Shinx (252 Attack) at the start of the game. I also like Pichu because Pikachu is my second favourite Pokémon.

In Hoenn I sometimes don't capture Ralts because it's extremely difficult to find a Modest/Timid female Ralts. All Ralts must be female because I hate delicious traps, Trapvoir is not cool. If I miss a Ralts out then I will usually get a Latias/Metagross to replace Ralts' role in the team.
 
Kanto ; Pikachu.

Johto ; Sentret.

Hoenn ; Wurmple.

Sinnoh ; Budew.

That's basically it. XD
 
In Kanto, I always catch Pidgey first. Of course, you're always gonna need a pokemon that can fly later in the game.

In Hoenn, I usually catch Poochyena first, to help me with battles.

In Sinnoh, I always catch a Starly first. The same reason as why I catch Pidgey in Kanto first.
 
RBY: Pidgey(W00T flying type)
GSC: Geodude. There's that one little subroute area connecting blackthorn city with the rest of the route, that you can'y go up beacuse of ledges. I always nab geodude there, to help with falkner.
RSE:Zigzagoon or poocheyenna. Wurmple bores me. =/
DPPt: Starly, w00t
 
Kanto- I always catch a Pidgey.

Johto- I never bothered to catch anything in the beginning of my G/S/C games. Not so fond of the pokemon that wander around the beginning. I'll hold out for some better choices. ^^

Hoenn- Either a Tailow or a Ralts, depends if I'm feeling like searching out for either one.

Sinnoh- Shinx, one of the better electric pokemon avalible in the game plus I usually catch a Wingull as my flying pokemon later in the game.

Ha ha, always have these things sorted out. ^^;
 
Kanto: Rattatta (My Raticate Dominated!)
Johto: Hoothoot (I started at Night...)
Hoenn: Wurmple (OMG... It's a Dustox!)
Sinnoh: Bidoof (Oh, come one! Everyone has one!)

The first Pokemon I ever caught was a Spearow. Or was it a Rattata...?
 
Kanto--Pidgey or Spearow...sometimes Pikachu
Johto--Gastly
Hoenn--I almost always have the Ralts family in my team. I'll also usually take a Zigzagoon for Pickup/HM duties and occasionally a Poochyena.
 
Kanto-Pidgey, Nidoran (although in FR/LG they moved Nidoran X_x)
Johto-Idk, so long ago
Hoenn-Poochyena
Sinnoh-N/a. I only had one real playthrough since on Platinum I just used an all Fire team.
 
of course that would be pidgey in kanto and in johto is pidgey too lol and in hoenn is zigzagoon and in sinnoh is starly.
 
Kanto- I wait for pikachu in the forest!
Johto- Rattata (Even though I dislike him lol)
Hoenn- I usually wait for Ralts. Poocheyna tho.
Sinnoh- The Shinxter
