Food glorious fooooooooood...

Well, there are many different varieties of olives. I don't like them all. They all have different smell, textures, appearances, and tastes. So.... give it a go with another type before you write them all off.
The thing is, my mum LOVES them, and she's always buying new varieties that happen to be on offer. Each and every time, I'll try one - with a relatively open mind, given that they are all different - and every time, I regret doing it. I don't know what it is, but I just can't stand all the ones I've tried; there must be some common element running through all of them which doesn't agree with me.

Maybe the brine. How are you with other things? Like pickles?

I think the brine may be a contributing factor, but even without it, I still can't stand them.

All this has me wondering if you're from the olive lobby or something, going undercover to boost sales and the like! :D

lol No.

Just a food lover. I'll try almost everything once. And there's a whole lot of different olives to try once XD

Least fave food would be olives. I can't stand their smell, their texture, their appearance, their taste... pretty much everything about them. I honestly don't get how they're so popular, but I guess it's probably me being weird, as per.

Hear ya on the olives, they're all right on pizza but alone I can't stand the suckers. Same with mushrooms - in dishes, fine, but you'll never see me eating one raw. I will say that cutting portobellos is the coolest thing ever, such a weird foreign feeling under the knife. Like chopping up little pillows.

My favorite foods are:
- I don't know what it's called, but it's an arabic dish with fried potatos, eggplant, and peppers in a tomato/oil sauce. SO GOOD I WANT SOME NOW D:

- Another arabic dish, again idk what it's called or even how to go about spelling it english, but it's a pasta dish with super thin pasta, chickpeas, a really sweet tomato sauce, and raisins. I haven't had this in ages, and I want some along with the above :'D

- Mediterranean pasta: pasta, spinach, tomatos, kalamata olives, capers, feta cheese, and olive oil <3

..why yes I do have mediterranean blood in me. the cuisine mainly what I eat :)

I'm also a biiiiiig fan of sashimi/sushi and miso soup. AND tacos.

my least favorite? ehhhhh, overly spicy food which is ridiculous to my arabic roots since most arabic cuisine is lava hot. or at least how my dad makes it :P idk, i've just never been good with spice.

Favorite:

Mexican cuisine in general...it's what I was raised on and it's pretty much what my taste buds like the most. I'll take chicken mole or a full fajita spread any day of the week. :D

Pizza and buffalo wings also get honorable mention. :P

Least favorite:

There's no particular dish that comes to mind, but a few elementary things I just can't swallow include: sweet potatoes, squash, cabbage, goat cheese, and Slim Jims. XD

Favorite: Burgers, fries, fried shrimp, fried chicken, basically greasy stuff that will probably kill me in a few years :)

Least favorite: Green vegetables, anything with milk eggs, or peanuts because I'm deathly allergic.

Favorite: Italian food, omg. I love it so much. Pasta, pizza, etc. Delicious!

Least: Anything spicy. Doesn't agree with my stomach.

Oh gosh, where do I even begin?

Sushi - my dad owns a sushi restaurant, plus I've always loved it.
Strawberries - fresh strawberries, strawberry cake, strawberry flavored drinks, ice cream, everything!
Fruits in general, actually. I love mostly every fruit.
Pho - so good, I remember I first had it years ago. I prefer it with beef.
Steak - Well done or medium.
Rice and noodles - must be my Asian side speaking, but I generally love rice dishes, whether fried rice, riceballs, etc. I prefer thin noodles. Spicy seafood pasta is also good.
Seafood in general, too. Lobster, especially, and mussels. And fish.
And spicy food, of course. And various veggies, like green beans and potatoes. And edamame.
Lots of sweets, too. Ice cream, ice pops, some candy, definitely Japanese strawberry shortcake...

Man, I can go on and on. My least favorite? Nachos with salsa. Bleh.

...typical. XD

I believe you forgot mooncakes. :P

Favourite foods are anything with steak in it. I also got a soft spot for chicken hearts. Least favourite food is glass.

I don't really have a least favorite food. Probably anything with pickles.
But as for my favorite food it's a toss up between Rib Eye Steak and Mac and Cheese XD

ANY TYPE OF MEAT.

Actually, not all meat, but sausages & pork are currently in my favourite meats. I also like eggs and roasted potatoes and cheese and other things like that. As far as fruit goes, watermelon, mango, and plums. Hmmmm coke and chocolates are also good. Sweets other than chocolate I kinda like, but it depends. :( And for fast food, McDonalds and KFC.

Oh and least favourite, idk tbh, just let me try it and I'll let you know? lol.

Favourite foods:

-Fish & Chips
-Pizza
-Fried Chicken
-Mashed Potatoes & roast beef with gravy :D
-Curry (especially chicken curry)
-Duck (Chinese style)

Least favourite:

-Liver
-Squid (Although I don't mind eating fried squid)
-Aubergine/Eggplants (why are they called eggplants anyway?)

I also don't like food which I'm essentially force-fed.

What are your favorite and least favorite foods and why~?

I like all kinds of vegetables(except gumbo) and fruits. No explanation needed. :D

My fave food is Pizza, Spinach & Ricotta Agnolotti pasta, anything with honeycomb or caramel, Noodles mixed with barbecue sauce (weird but tastes good), Pork dumplings, Ice cream, Coconut desserts, jelly, Iced coffee, Fish with tartare sauce and lemon, frozen yoghurt, pears, mango, nectarine, peach, potatoes, Parmesan cheese, feta, all seafood, Lemon drinks, Iced tea, curry (I love Mango Chicken and Butter Chicken the best), Naan bread, garlic bread, Diet Coke (caffeine-free though), Passionfruit drinks, rice, cheesecake, pies, gummi lollies, chocolate, beef, chicken, pork, KFC and McDonald's.

What I hate: Vegemite (it tastes really terrible and not satisfying at all), most vegetables (especially onions), peanuts (I am allergy aware), milk (I like milk but my mum always buys home brand so I don't drink it), alcohol (NEVER DRINK DRIVE), any kind of nuts (not coconuts), apples (too much tart), mandarins, oranges and tangelos (hate the seeds), grapes (not a fan), eggs (I never eat quiche again because of the eggs), mint (except for mint chocolate and ice cream) and home-brand food (I'm worried it'll taste terrible)

Favorite: Burgers, fries, fried shrimp, fried chicken, basically greasy stuff that will probably kill me in a few years :)

Least favorite: Green vegetables, anything with milk eggs, or peanuts because I'm deathly allergic.

The foods you hate I also hate, so we have something in common.

So sad you have "anaphylaxis".

Favorite food: French fries and Japanese food (sushi, chicken teriyaki) because of their taste.

Least favorite food: Mushrooms. I hated the taste of Campbell's cream of mushroom soup and that carried on over the next several years.

my top favorite foods would have to be sushi (i don't like the rolls; i mean the rice with the raw fish on top) hands down, along with typical chinese food you'd find in a buffet and pastaaa.

least favorites would have to be OLIVES. :| i despise them, no matter how they're prepared or what they're served with. after that, cucumbers and tomatoes (though i do enjoy them on subway subs). oh, and raw celery and carrots. i'm not very fond of pumpkin or sweet potato pie, either.
