4th Gen Foreign Building

[Palamon]

This is a very weird building in Hearthome City where no music plays at all. The building looks kind of like a religious place of worship within the Pokemon world.

What do you think the purpose of this building was in the D/P/PT games? I've always found it to be creepy and random.

I always got the impression it was a chapel to Dialga and Palkia. There's a mural of Mt Corronet on the back window, so I see this as the only real explaination.
It probably has no music to emulate the muffled echoes found within a large church.
