Free Trainer Sketches

[Kura]

Soo.. I have time to kill on Winter Break.. so I decided to take requests to draw some original characters for people..

So yeah.. gimme a small description of what your character looks like (male, female, tall, skinny, hair colour, eye colour, AGE is also very important, and hairstyle would be awesome, too. Also if your character has any sort of style (goth, punk, casual, classic, skater) that'd be cool, too.

Below is just an example of my skill level..

Those are just some recent rough sketches in my sketchbook trying just to loosen up.

Gender: Female
Build: Somewhat petit, very skinny (but not quite at the "BONES POKING OUT LOL" point), no chest, few curves.
Specifics:
- Waist-length black hair, bangs horizontally cut across just underneath her eyebrows, feathered at the ends so they appear more natural that your usual straight-cut fringe.
- She has kind of asian eyes, so they taper. But her eyes are gray.
- Err, fashion style... She's basically into all the latest trends; Skinny jeans, pencil skirts, wedge heels, baby doll dresses/tops, fitted graphic tank tops, and a lot of accessories. I guess you could label that as preppy...? (Polo's are outdated though. So last year.)

She's an RP character, so I have a huge in-depth appearance thing for her, if you... want it. xD;


And cooking rice is really easy. :D [/if you have a rice cooker, roflz]

Descr-5'9"; brown hair combed forward but not over his eyes and not too long or spikey...but it does go to near-sideburns; he always wears a pair of sunglasses on his head (not over his eyes...you know what I mean, right?); white lab coat with a t-shirt underneath; he wears a visible 'charm' around his neck, a red W of some kind; no preference for pants, but no shorts; close-toed shoes =P; he is by no means 'muscular'; I never thought about eye colour (let's go with amber eyes); beyond that, you're free to do whatever...

Natalija prides herself on her long, waist-length black hair, her bangs horizontally cut across just underneath her eyebrows, feathered at the ends so they appear more natural that your usual straight-cut fringe. As such, she rarely wears accessories like headbands, hats, or clips, unless necessary. Tapering ever so slightly at the outer ends, her eyes are a cool shade of gray that is never without a subtle sprinkle of gold eye shadow on her eyelids.

"In-depth" being that I cut off the entire section about her outfit that I tacked on, since her outfit changes a lot and I hate her original outfit, so it's not really in-depth anymore. :B Freedom of art, ftw.

She's got kind of a runway style, I guess. She likes her make-up, she likes her fashion, and she likes complicated manicures, so appearance is everything to her. xD

Nah, I enjoy doing anime style a lot though..

I'm trying to go for more stuff with personality and movement though.. I wanna maintain a semi-realistic style too, though.. Not toooo cartoony.. even though I also like cartoony stuff

But thanks.. I'm not that great yet, but I'm working towards it. I really appreciate the compliment though..

When you're done with your first two drawings, I would like it very much if you would do a drawing of a character I've had in my head for quite some time now.

Shaun A. Clancy
Age: Mid fifties
Hairstyle: Grey hair, not too long, not too short, but very neatly combed.
Facial features: Wears glasses. Has a sort of "Friendly teacher" look to him, with smooth, inoffensive features.

Clothing style: Dresses very formally, in a somewhat old-styled suit.

No rush, though. Take your time with your first two sketches before starting on Shaun.

I'm probably not going to get this forever but your art is seriously amazing so I might as well take advantage of the situation while I can.

Name: Gage
Age:15
Appearance: Mid to long sandy blonde hair and crystal blue eyes. Pretty tall standing at roughly 6'2 and weighing in to and average 220 lbs (a tiny bit fat but with some muscle kind of in between no gut sticking out but with very minor muscular definition definition). Always seen with a smile on his face and occasionally gives the thumbs up (which is his prefered pose in the drawing).

Outfit: Wears cargo pants and a grey short sleeve T-shirt with a collar, white sneakers (pretty much generic). In colder wether wears a dark trenchcoat-like jacket to keep warm.

Can you make me one? I'd like two pokemon with me to if that's ok. I'd like to be holding a female Pikachu named Pecha, and have a male Shinx at my side. My character is in training to become an electric gym leader. She has long messy black hair with a yellow bandana atop her head and underneath her hair. Her bangs are kinda long maybe below her eyes and pushed to the right. She has blue eyes. She's also short for her age which is 16. She wears a long flowing blue coat sorta like Rinoa from Final Fantasy 8. Her top is white with the bottom tucked into a pair of jean shorts. Around her neck is a long silver charm necklace with a lightning bolt at the end. She also sports a pair of ankle length boots with the tops flared out.

I'm just going to post my signup and add some details. I hope it's enough.

Name: Jade
Age: 17
Gender: Female
Morph: Tyranitar

Appearance: Upon morphing with her Tyranitar, Jade's skin turned pale green. Tyranitar's nickname, "The Armored Pokemon", attributed to her now hard and rough skin. Her canines grew exceptionally large for a young girl who still has a normal head on her shoulders. (Luckily, they don't stick out oddly when she closes her mouth.) Her face is angled softly. On her chest and her legs are the black markings that used to reside on her Tyranitar. Jade's finger nails have turned black and have also become hard, able to draw blood by just scratching the surface. Small, hard, spikes protrude from her elbow down her arm to her wrist. They are also on her back, much smaller but big enough to make sleeping on her back nearly impossible. Her shoulder length hair stayed black and is usually tied up in a high pony tail so as not to get in the way. She has choppy bangs that sometimes get in her eyes. Her eyes are green and wide. Jade's sensitive about her height of five foot two and small stature. She's skinny but not ballerina thin. Jade's attire consists of green shorts with black leggings underneath, finger-less black gloves, and a black tank top. She doesn't get cold easily and firmly believes that in order to move freely you must dress lightly. She's a dancer so leggings are always part of her outfit.

If the morph bit is too complicated I can rewrite it so it describes how she looked befored morphing. =)
