I'd probably go with Godot on this one and just leave it there, or I'd check the ID and turn it into the police, or I'd pull a Cat in the Hat (The user, not the actual Cat in the Hat) and mail it to them. I'm too nice to steal anything. xD
 
I would take the money and mail the wallet to their house.
