It's got low HP and an expensive second attack that it may not get to even use, so it's only really any good early on to give your Rattata an extra turn in play while you setup someone else, but it's easily beaten by Machop and Hitmonchan, two key elements of an early Haymaker deck. It's also just an uncommon.

Playability: 8/10 You get to attack twice if you use Voltage Shoot? That's pretty awesome.
Collectability: 8/10 I'm not into DPPt sets, but I'm sure for those who are, this is a good card to get your mits on.
