????? is also good at stealing. ^^ An example is his avatar. =D He stole the Pidgeot graphic successfully and tried to tell someone that it was straight from Fire Red. o_o; (IE: Me. >>)
 
Iceman, what program did you use to edit the town maps (not to be confused with editing maps of towns), you know those two pics in the bottom left corner of your proof of work?

Stealing is very wrong man. I've seen every single overworld in your sig. Some from Nintendo, and others from Serebii or Coronis. Show me something that wasn't stolen please.

You can edit maps using Cyclone Prototype. If you want a link to it, go to the "Temporary Tool Resource" and click on WAH.

Yeah I went to that already and realized that I could thanks, now I need you to tell me how to use it because first of all, it don't make no sense to me, and second, I can't find the built-in tutorial!:(
 
Open it and go to Help>>How to Operate.
 
I make all my maps and stuff in Paint. o_o;
 
umar: Your trying I can see. But if you want to use tiles, use the tiles the way nintendo intended them to be used. Don't forget things like the edges of the roofs, the tops of the walls and the sides of paths. Don't improvise in that way. If you want the buildings to look a bit different, try creating new tiles. Also try to add lots of detail. But nice work.

I've been around. I dont tend to post that much and get requests from Treecko via pm or IM. Examples of my work can be found in my sig and my avatar. Thanks for the compliment Unholy.
 
Have to mention that the grass tiles in my example are from Kyledove, and the mailboxes are based on his.
 
That's very nice. Try making a whole map and posting it. As when some people make larger maps they tend to be a bit lazy with it (although I don't doubt you at all). If it's as good as that no doubt Treecko will accept. Nice overworld too!
