Ok, I have this GBA emulator with all pokemon games. I Found this site with different sav. files but i don't know how to use them. So if anyone could please help me, and explain ho to use the sav. file i would really appreciate that. This is my last option... been looking for many hours

Btw. I'm new here..so i'm not sure if I posted it in the wrong place? o.O

Well, the quick way of using .sav files is to import them using the emulator.

The process varies slightly depending on which emulator you're using and since I don't know, I'll assume it's the more commonly used one for GBA, the VisualBoyAdvance emulator.

Using VBA, load the ROM first and then go under Files > Import > Battery File.

Just make sure the save file you're using is the same game as the ROM you have loaded.

Pachirisu pretty much explained it wen i was about to but make sure clock is set to real time clock because it can mess up vba and the saving part of it

If you're using VBA, it works perfectly fine to use game stats... At least if you're just playing spontaniously, like me. Or is there a downside with game stats, versus savegames? (not really on-topic, I know)

The clock only really affects time-based events. For Pokemon games, only necessary for R/S/E.

Well... there's up to a point in some games where save states will corrupt and won't let you continue playing because the usual .sav save file isn't working.

Usual example is Fire Red. If you don't have the settings on for a 128k Flash Save file, when you finish the E4, the save file is erased even if you used save states (F1, F2 etc..) That's because some GBA ROMs require more memory to save their files and it really depends on the ROM itself. As long as you have the options put on 128k Flash when you start, technically it should work fine if you use save states throughout the game.

The only other downfall is that save states can corrupt if you switch emulators versions. I.e. VBA 1.7 save states don't always work on VBA 1.8.0

Oh. Thanks, Pachirisu, never knew that. Stats is so much more convenient, since you can save in the middle of a fight if you want to. A little less challenging of course....
