    as far as i know, the psyducks are just normal psyducks, random nature, no ribbon, random lv, the only difference is that it was caught my a director of game frak

    yeah, cause i know a guy who got one that's lv 23, so it's just a random
     
    I guess that would probably mean the lv 1 one I got is a hack :(

    it might not be a hack, somone might have just bred a psyduck and traded
