Do the pokemon games get boring for you as you go on? For me, specially with Diamond, the game was so much fun in the beginning, but now all my pokemon are evolved and it's kinda boring.
Then build a team that won't have you beaten to the ground, and try?
Besides if you're bored because your pokémon are all evolved then just start breeding and making a team for competitive battling.
But, yeah I do agree, atm I'm trying to breed for an impish Skarmory... which isn't the most fun a guy can have. But, once I've got it, it will be worth the hassle.
^ He's got the point ^^ Pokémon's not a game where once you've finished the story line there's nothing to do, no. Once you've beaten the Elite Four you've still got all the pokémon to catch, train, and battle with. So, the fun should never end.
I don't have a DS...so I can't say if D/P get's boring but I know Emerald and FireRed aren't as exciting as they were when I first got them. After I defeat the Elite 4 I don't see how I can really level up my Pokemon...I would have already defeated all the trainers...guess I'll just start over with a different starter. lol. I can't wait to get a DS so I can battle other people. *sighs*
Yeah, I find it like that... D/P doesn't have the problem of nothing to do at the end, because of Wi-Fi, but on Emerald everytime I beat the Elite Four, I got bored, start again, then wish I hadn't started again ><
i dont think the games are boring sometimes they are but then i migrate pokemon from my old games and train them it is kewl and i go on wifi and battle and i try to fill up my pokedex theres 493 pokemon so the fun dousent stop even when you get them all because then you can read all of the intresting pokedex data and read magikarps data in german
As you progress in the game, you are left with a few objectives to complete. That's where you may need to set some personal goals as some have suggested. Otherwise, yeah, it does get boring.
It's boring now, since all I'm doing is breeding for an Adamant Mudkip as the final member of my team, all of which had to be bred for their proper nature as well...but once I can actually start training them and do something besides bike around, it won't be as dull.
