Games where you play as a Pokemon?

I'm looking for games where you play as a Pokemon. I don't mean the Pokemon Mystery Dungeon games, I mean experiencing the life of a Pokemon in the mainstream games. I know there's nothing like that created by Nintendo, but I just want a game where you can see what it's like for that random wild Pokemon you just battled.

While this is an interesting idea, I'm contented with the Mystery Dungeon titles, hahaha!
I'm not against of it, but it better be fun!

I feel it'd be fun to try something new like this. Though, since humans will be existing in the game, the main character will likely be a Pokémon Trainer, and to go through important events, we might have to be on their team, I imagine, and trained by them.

Definitely an interesting concept, but as I'm imagining, it doesn't seem like it'd be any different from the Pokemon games we already have. In the main series games, you're essentially in control of the Pokemon during battle. Did you have in mind being able to do things as the Pokemon besides battling, that would be different from what we have in the current games?

I think Mystery Dungeon is as good as it's going to get as far as playing as a Pokémon, so I'm not sure what else to tell you, unfortunately. :(

However, there is is Pokken coming to Wii U soon, but I don't think that's quite what you're looking for.
