4th Gen Gen 4 Shiny Pokemon

    I haven't seen one of these threads up yet, so I decided I might as well make one, so everyone feel free to post about your Gen 4 shinies! :)
    I've had my Pokemon Diamond save file for 3 years, and I JUST started getting shinies in it. Yesterday, I chained a shiny Murkrow at only a chain of 22, and today I got a shiny Feebas while breeding for one that likes dry poffins!
     
    Well, the only other shiny I ever got in diamond was a shiny Hoppip that I chained for when I was a child, and I didn't even realize that I was chaining!
     
    Other than recent in Y, Diamond was the only game I'd ever found a legitimate (and random) shiny in. It was at the beginning and I'd just walked onto Route 202 when my first encounter was a Level 4 Shinx. Back then I wasn't really aware of the shiny concept but I caught it anyway and trained it up to a Luxray!
     
    I've encountered 2 shiny Pokemon in Gen 4 previously, Swinub and Ratata. Unfortunately, the Ratata was in the Safari Zone and it fled after 1 turn. I caught the Swinub easily though.
     
    My first (and to this date only) shiny is a shiny Marill I encountered in the Great Marsh. I was very lucky to have caught it, because it might as well have ran away. That was about six years ago and I've never encountered a shiny in any of my games since.
     
    my first shiny was a shinx (which was the reason that I love Luxray before I learned how OP they are). Soon after, I lost my Platinum game card. If I remember correctly, I took 15 minutes looking for a female Shinx, and the first shinx I encountered was that shiny female. (I used to breed Pokèmon, and I didn't know if you could get a ditto)
     
    I've got a Shiny Dialga after less than 200 SRs in Diamond. I'm still working on Ho-Oh in HG and also now working on Piplup in Platinum. And the complimentary Gyarados, gotta love him.
     
    The first shiny I ever got in Pearl is a Larvitar I got from the GTS. It's now a Tyranitar.

    The first shiny I caught myself is a Tyrogue I found with the Pokeradar. I wasn't even trying to chain, it just appeared on my second encounter. It's now a Hitmontop.

    I still play Platinum to get shinies for my living dex from Pokeradar chaining.
     
    On my brother's Diamond copy, I have a shiny Budew, Graveler and Unown (U). Not exactly the best bunch of shinies there.

    As for my Soul Silver, I have another shiny Graveler as well as a shiny Farfetch'd.
     
    I've only ever caught one shiny in a game that wasn't on an emulator and that was a shiny chingling! I realised it didn't have very amazing stats but made it the centre of my team anyways ^_^
