Whenever I Nuzlocke, I always tend to get gender neutral teams. I don't intend/plan to do so, but for some reason, it happens.

I have been nuzzing for about 2 years, and 90% of the time it happens. Though it's usually dominated by another gender first, but only for a very short period, and then it becomes gender neutral. The closest I've gotten to not being like this is my current X run(It's female dominated in a rotation of 7; 4F, 1M, 2 genderless I consider male and female respectively. I seriously don't recall having this little males in any playthrough ever.).

In regular play, I used to get mostly males, but now after nuzzing my nwer regular play teams are also gender neutral.

I don't have a problem with it, but ot's kinda wierd since it happens a lot. What kind of genders do YOU have in your playthrough? Doesn't have to be Nuzlocke!

Most of my playthroughs for some reason tend to have a female-dominated team, and here's a record of some of my most notable story playthroughs and what the gender ratio was on the team.

Ruby: 6/6 female. This was the only playthrough I ended up with a female starter fyi.

Pearl/Platinum: Done a couple of restarts here and never finished a playthrough, but most of the time my team was all-female except my starter.

Soul Silver: 5/6 females. Again, my starter (Typhlosion) was the only male.

Black: Same as Soul Silver, the starter was again (in this case my Samurott) the only male.

Black 2: My main story team had 2 males and 4 females. Granted, the two males I had were Pokemon that had a mainly male gender ratio.

White 2: Again, another 5/6 female team where only the starter was male.

X: The only team where the genders were balanced. I had 3 males (again, Pokemon that had a 87.5% male gender ratio) and 3 females.

Alpha Sapphire: The team I mostly used before the file died was again, 5/6 females. My starter (Swampert) was again, the only male.

You can easily tell I seem to have a tendency to copy NPC's teams, where they mostly use Pokemon that are the same gender as the trainer themselves.

I used to care about the gender, I thought Pokémon like Gardevoir should stay remain female, while Machamp should be male. But I realized those thoughts and definitions were wrong. No one or Pokémon should be judged by the way they look like. :)

Nowadays, gender matter to me in a strategic way was GSC/HGSS, I SR for female starters so it's gonna be easier for me to win Whitney! {XD} Secondly, breeding for obvious reasons! ^_^

So yeah I don't purposely pick certain gender! ^^
