Yeah I get that, but I just thought it was finny google gave me that 7/16th of an inch.
I had a growth spurt in half a year maybe, and then never heard of it again. I was huge when I was younger, and now I'm average.

Our school stopped offering summer school when I was in 5th grade. You fail a class, you take it again the next year or they just don't care. If you weren't on track to graduating or got kicked out of the main school (like i did) you got sent to a separate school that was like right next to the high school and you got to do packet work until you got all of your credits and graduated.
