open an excisting charset in paint,
and just overwrite the persons.
the characters could become ugly cause of the 256colors

Welcome to PC :). Try not to double post. Anyway, there's a Pokemon CBS in development here. And to get screenshots, hit the "Print Scrn" on the keyboard. You may want to hit "Alt" and "Print Scrn" to make a screen of the window used.

i have a problem: ive imported the tileset into rmxp but when i go to create a new map and i have to choose the tileset the its not there. how do i get it in the list?
 
rpg xp tilesets

can anyone find/make me some tilesets of the meteor falls from emerald(just like the pictures below),tilesets for the battle frontier,from all the elite four in r/s and fr/lg,some tilesets for the game corner and some other buildings?

i don't mean chipsets.i mean tilesets for rpg maker xp.

Anyway I am making my own custom battle thingie. Can someone tell me how to make the Pokemon and trainer vary?

It would be like that and I will have a different terrain for each trainer. If you are surfing your Trainer when in a battle will be surfing. When you are on the hills the background will be on the hills etc.
I need to know basics of Pokeballs etc. Anyone help?
 
Nice Idea, Yoshiman! Anyway, if you'd like terrain specific areas.. hm... is it for Rm2k3 or rmxp?
