Your best bet would be to get a YuGiOh rom and rip the charsets from there. Or try GamingW in the resource section.

Hey everyone!
I am supplying two of my special things.
One is a Harry Potter Charset (Just Harry) with Master Roshi (DBZ) on it. All the rest are just normal characters. I am sorry if these charsets are not great. But please don't bash them it took me ages to make the Harry Potter ones!

And does someone have or know where I can download a Harry Potter chipset?

EDIT: P.S. DON'T use the Harry Potter ones that are with Master Roshi. Just use the ones that are with the normal chars.
