There is no lighthouse in Ruby/Sapphire.Does anybody have a Sootopolis chipset?

There is a lighthouse, I think it must have been in crystal though. The lighthouse is where you meet the steel gym leader girl.

That's classed as spam.

For the sootopolis chipset you could just rip it yourself. You wouldn't need much. Just the rocks and a couple of buildings, I think.
