Genuine error card or fake?

Hi. First post.

DRATINI error card - no attack damage

Base set 1, 26/102, English, unlimited, not shadowless

This card has been in my collection for at least 20 years. I have the faintest memory of reading about it a very long time ago, but now I can't find any reference to it anywhere. There is also what looks like a wipe mark in the text banner under the picture.

I have a photo, but don't seem to be able to upload it - any suggestions?

Not usually worth any extra.

Skip in the printing layer. Not worth any more money but definitely a keep for the novelty! :)
