Welcome to the forums! You'll definitely find information about ROM hacking right here at PC. We indeed have a large ROM Hacking forum where you'll get what you need, such as tutorials, tools, and advice from our very own members of the community. :)
But of course! You should totally branch out on other places on the forum such as Black & White discussion, as well as maybe battling or trading with other members. It'll be fun, I guarantee it!

I actually already found some programs to help we with my hacks, but I'll be sure to look around. I've played all generations and beaten the first three. Emulators rule!

Welcome! I'm not much of a hacker, but it'll be cool see see some fresh ideas in there! I check in there from time to time to see other people's ideas. I think it's amazing how so many people can almost create their own videogame! Glad you found PC! :D
