Get mad?

I get mad a lot like in my Pearl im trying to catch Palkia and its Paralyzed and in the red and I use over 100 ultra balls catching it >.<

Nope. I honestly don't get mad. It's a game. If I lose, then the person was either better than me, or was cheating. Either way, I play to have fun. If I'm not having fun, I don't play any more. Winning is fun, losing is fun too.

Losing is actually better than winning. When you win, you don't learn anything. You beat your opponent using what you know. If you lose, you can learn from it and become stronger and better. Becoming mad keeps you from learning and growing. I hope I lose a lot when I start battling. So once I do start winning, I will feel like I've achieved something!

I actually get really mad when I lose. Especially when the said game is a visual novel because then I have to start a whole new game and replay through the story.

Games? Like, video games, or sports?

Either way, I don't tend to get mad about losing anything, I grew outta that stage at like, 9 xD

Other than that I have kinda well...An explosive temper, at times.

If I keep losing the same thing over and over again I might frustrated but I never actually got mad o.o I tend to get very frustrated while playing Pokemon Ranger -___-;

I used to get very angry. I had a short temper back then. I would've killed the controller if it wasn't dead already. But hey, it runs in the family. I wasn't the only one. My sister went through the same phase when she was about seven or eight. Beat her in a fighting game and that'll only be half the battle, the other half would take place IRL. Yep, I'm talking about hard slaps and long nails people. But I'm such a calm and collected person nowadays, and so is the rest of the fam. When we're winning anyway.

Well in past I might be like that, but not anymore. Gaming is for fun, it's not like your real-life depends on it xP

Interestingly enough, there are people who make a living off of gaming so to say your real-life doesn't depend on it, wouldn't be entirely true any more. I don't understand how somebody could sit and play a game for 55 hours straight and end up dying in the process though. What kind of idiot plays himself to death? We should start up a Gamers Anonymous association or something. But yeah, there are people out there who take gaming pretty seriously.

I really don't get mad when I lose in a game. Most of the time I am frustrated. Mostly like the Mario games and Super Smash Brothers. Also I got frustrated in Link To The Past(Dumb Turtle Rock). But I won't yell. It just a waste of time.

And in real life, I am mostly happy. I don't mad at all. I get frustrated, but I don't show it.

Well, I only get mad when playing against my brother since I am very competitive when it comes to games. Also, I get mad if I keep losing in the same spot or to the same person over and over again. I've never thrown my controller or gba or anything, but I do tend to yell quite a bit XD

I do get mad but i keep a pretty firm cap on my anger...
  • First loss=grr
  • 2nd loss=grrRRRRRRRR!
  • 5th loss=ARRGH!!!
  • 10th loss=$%^&*$^@*$*^*@#^&($$%#%*$^&()@$%*%...*walks away* *come back 5 minutes later* *plays different game*
  • 11th and up loss="meh this is too hard" *tosses game back into case to rot for a few weeks...*

sure everyone gets mad when they lose
but when i lose i just say
"oh it was close"
"i knew i just have used this instead" or
"why does i keep losing!"
but i never shout or throw something at someone
sometimes thouhg i give up and when the time passed by (a month or so)i never give up and lose and try and win!!!

I get really frustrated and feel like throwing the controller at the TV if I get stuck or lose. XD Stealth games make me frustrated aswell. >;

I get mad, for the cheap thrills. :-P

I get annoyed and I stop playing the game for about a week. When I start playing again it is usually much easier.

If I loose a few times in a row I get all growly, but it takes alot for me to get really angry at the game, managed to surpress it somewhat, unlike when I was younger, I flipped straight away XD.

I only get mad if I can't do a single thing, the other person has pure luck and I keep losing over and over.

Depends on the game. RPGs, shooters, puzzle games (as well as others) I'm always fine if I lose. But if it's a fighter, well I do get mad when I lose. I haven't thrown a controller, but I do bang it on the bed (unless it's my wireless PS2 controller, I will never bang that thing on the bed XD).

With video games I get upset if I die and have to do something over.

But I remind my self that I've already done what I need to do, so this time it will be easier and faster. =D

Getting mad at video games is childish and immature...so naturally I am one to get a little flustered at a game on the occasion, but nowadays, it's all about getting all the achievements in Dead Rising and Oblivion. <3
