I was just thinking about GT yesterday. As always, I'll help with Challenge event.

I'll host Eevee's Arcade once again. It would be good if someone can help me with testing the games in order to avoid games that have game-breaking glitches.

Plans to run:

• Mind Read the Room. Probably no format changes here.
• PokeCommunity Battle Factory. Provides a starting selection of 10 rental Pokemon from the Battle Factory. Pick 3. Allows you to swap one out after every round for a Pokemon from a group of 5 choices. Follows Generation 3 mechanics. (Never actually played this mode in game. Hopefully winds up being similar enough, given the circumstances.)
  
  Plans most of the same format as PokeCommunity Stadium 2: automatic battling versus NPCs on Pokemon Showdown, scoring (with some slight tweaks), and four rounds. No aces this time. Should make teambuilding much simpler, but hopefully not too restrictive. (Expanded the number of options for that reason.)

Same here. You can count the whole Challenges Trio in for the GT Challenge event.

I also have suggestions for the GT's Archipelago, to make it more of a themed event, no matter who ends up hosting it.

I'd like to host Paint & Describe this year, and maybe another event that I need to flesh out a bit more before I commit to that

What I certainly want to organize this year is Daily Puzzles! The event has been on a hiatus for a few years unfortunately.
Im also in contact with Aquacorde, not sure what will happend with the Pokemon Go event, but either way it'll happen too.

I'd like to host Mafia, at mafia.gg. To be honest, I'd prefer if someone else hosts it, but I'll host it unless anyone else steps up. I'm also open to Co-Hosts.


Would you consider Sketchful over Skribbl? It has some better features, including one feature that lets you save a picture of a drawing without having to rely on screenshotting quickly.

If you aren't hosting an Archipelago this time, and nobody else (e.g. Devalue) has plans to host one, I'd like to host an Archipelago event of my own.

Only planned to run an Archipelago event if nobody else stepped up. Will be busy hosting Mind Read the Room and PokeCommunity Battle Factory (plus participating in others). Takes a while to process results.

I'm down to host Battle Bash again. I'll be considering ideas that were gathered from last year to make the event less grindy (e.g., battles won/completed earn GT points at certain thresholds and have diminishing returns).

I've done the Archipelago event in the past, but I am happy to help co-run or bounce ideas of anyone who wants to work on it with me? Doesn't sound like anyone is too keen to fully handle the torch thus far ( me neither, I think with how busy my life is right now I'd be a terrible full host) but I'd love to work with others on this if they think my input is useful. My key goals for this one would be to tie it closer to the theme of the event and attempt to find ways for more engaging point scoring mechanics. Please let me know if anyone is interested in a collaborative event hosting type deal.

Something I for sure would like to host is bringing back amiibo Casino. This time I want to make it more involved for participants, so I want to let people design their own fighter to compete against other players. Probably something like a Google form with stats and abilities and things like that. This also allows people who can't make the live sessions still have some level of involvement and point scoring.

Just to confirm I plan to host E&M trivia this year with the same format as previous years but I've agreed to pass it over to Arc if I can't manage for whatever reason ❤️

I see there is still a little time left to join as an event organizer. At this stage would we need to request to host one of the currently scheduled events, or is it okay to still propose a new idea/activity for the get-together? I was interested in having a contest to create a new trivia game. I can host it, judging the winner by a few different pieces of criteria.
