    Well the Get Together came at a pretty freaking crappy time. Lots of people are starting school or just trying to choose their classes and lots of other people seem to be just.. busy.

    I just dunno why they were all "Hey guys let's plan a get togeth- OH WAIT IT'S HERE ALREADY!!!"
    Yet for database moves and all that they give like a month's notice.

    You can say I'm just grumpy because I have absoluetly no time to join in all the fun (I'll be on a plane and I need to pack 3 months worth of stuff, clean a flat, get my deposit, going to a summer work party to say my final goodbyes to everyone...)

    and you may be right, but I have a ton of other people who also would've appreciated a bit more prep time. Perhaps this whole thing could've been done in the middle of summer when there wasn't so much going on.

    That's just my rant, anyways.
     
    :( I would've liked a little more planning time and notice too but in an effort to start holding it at the same time every year (end of summer), we kinda had to rush this year's. Though even an extra week would've been nice if only to build hype because even I signed on this morning totally forgetting it was on already. x_x

    And same! It's like.. wow if people don't frequent here usually but do maybe once every 2 weeks they would've missed it!

    Oh well.
     
    I agree with this blog, but I don't really participate in the get-togethers anyway, so it doesn't affect me much.
     
    I agree, Kura, i might not be highly active, but dayum. I'm trying to get all my stuff done for school, etc, and participate. Pity school starts on Wednesday. D:
