Giving away a free layout

Stalis, rules hun ^_^.. Make sure you respect everyone and be kind to people. I know he makes ALOT of websites.. possible every hour. But just think, they will look good now hehe...

Yeah, I still want it. I have learned a little of CSS now. I'm still learning the basics though.
 
Gecko, if I get the layout, I will not be using it for Final Star Games as I have changed plans for it. If I win the layout, I will be using it on a new Pok?mon site which I will show you when I get the content finished which will be a few days.

It's not completely done. Since I won't be here for the weekend, I hurried up and gave you a very rough sketch of it because I don't know if you would be making the decision over the weekend. Here's where I'm going with the site. It will be an interactive site by having contest, art, quizzez, stories, and more. It will not have any infomation about Pok?mon or anything eles. I just wanted to make a nice, fun, relaxing site. Well, there you go.
