Eeveelution always have type advantage again other, Nothing wrong with it.
1st gen Jolty>vappy>flary = jolty (Flary totally at disadvantage)
2nd gen Umby>Espy (needless to say)
4th gen Glacy>Leafy
See....All > only mean type advantage and not better than

Who do you mean?
Vappy have a hard time again jolty, since it doesn't have mirror coat and it can't kill jolty in one turn, but jolty at least two hit ko vappy...
Flary even harder to deal with vappy. Even their base speed are equal, but flary could be killed by one or two vappy water attack. And flarey could only counter with physical non stabbed attack. Maybe if it survive vappy attack and can make vappy at pinch it can use quick attack next turn, but with vappy high attcak it will be unlikely...
Espy again umby is.....needless to be discussed. It's often discussed in Espy FC which resulting (borowing ^ statement) "confusing member whether it's espy fc or umby fc"
Leafia and Glacia in fact Is more fair. Leafia have higher speed so it could try attack Glacy first whether using Leaf blade (and hoping critical) or SE Iron tail. If Glacy survive, it can counter with ice beam. If Both survive, Leafy could use quick attack or maybe Glacy using ice peeble.

Answering the topic:
There's always bound to be a form of type disadvantage with the Eevees... it always has, and always will. As everything has at least one weakness, and Eevee evos are only single typed, it's natural. I have no problems with the type advantage over Leafia. It was bound to happen.

What feature of leafia/glacia (stat,appearance, anything beside type) that you don't like?
I think they are quite good, but i think their ability should be better. I miss the first eon nullify ability. It would nice if Glacy Ability is Glacierrush(increase speed when attacked by ice) or summon hail/snowstorm. Leafy should absorb grass attack

Leafeon: Pefect. <3
Glacieon: Hmmmmmm.... I don't really like some things about its ears and head. The ears kind of just seem barely connected to the head, sticking out from underneath its headgear-thingy. And the rest of the head seems oddly bald. Otherwise, <3.
