I believe it will be judged by ~Cosmic~ and Cbm12. I thought Marz was one of the judge, but since he is entering i guess he is not one of the judge.

We should wait for either cbm12 or ~cosmic~ Come here

If both of them is available at 3rd gen, how would they evolve from Eevee?
 
^ Well Leafia would then be via Leaf Stone, there's just no other way really... but Glacia's harder to think of one. Maybe held item evolution? Like saying, have Eevee hold "[insert item here]" and then level up to evolve.

I say evolve while eevee VS Ice Type
 
If it's hold item most likely will be [Never Melt Ice] and [Miracle Seed]. That way explain why no those two in 2n gen because these item only available since 3rd gen. Leaf stone could be an option. Or maybe using Location like in 4th gen. In [Shoal Cave] and [High Grass area between fortree and safari zone]

That wouldn't work. Seeing as there are a number of Ice dual types and it would also make evolving Eevee far too easy, it just isn't logical to introduce an evolution based on a single battle against a specific type.

Yeah, those two could work well.
Well those items, along with some other stat-increasing items, were only introduced in 3rd gen.

Location is more of a 4th gen intro thing though.
 
How about talking to certain character after Eevee has reached certain level?
 
That could work! And they could give your Eevee like a special tablet or something....

Or, based off time events. Like if Eevee's been with you for a period of time, it'll evolve.

Similar yeah... but not exactly. What I meant by time-based was more, not to do with happiness, but time as in minutes/hours/days. Say if it had been with you in your team for umm... a designated amount of time and then with a hold item, level it up and it'll evolve.
 
Got Glaceon last night...doesn't have a great back view but i love its cry!
 
Hi everyone! I'm Chise, I just joined but would it be ok to join your club? I'm one of the many who has been dreaming of a grass eeveelution since I was a little kid, so I'm one of Leafeons biggest fans.

If both of them is available at 3rd gen, how would they evolve from Eevee?

Well I'm not sure if this evolution technique would work, but how about having a team with 3 or more grass/ice type pokemon when you level up?

It seems kind of dumb, but eevee's in nature are Pokemon that are very sensitive to their environment. It would make sense that they would pick up traits from their fellow teammates.

The only thing I can't explain is why it wouldn't evolve into it's other forms if their where 3 of their respective types in your team as well. D:'

So it is kinda like tamanta evolve with a remoraid in team.
quite unique, but it won't explain why these two never found in previous gen.
