Survey: Go Retro with Pokemon Roms

So I just downloaded a couple of retro pokemon roms, and I was reminded of this pokecommunity. So I had to visit again to say "Hi", along with a question.
What's your favorite classic Pokemon Rom?

Mine was the original Pokemon TCG for GBC. It was the game that got me hooked on trading cards.

I guess it's the same as asking my favourite Pokémon game, which would be Gold Version.

It was the first Pokémon game that really sparked my love of the franchise, even though I owned Yellow beforehand.
Nowadays if ever I wind up downloading a Gold ROM for any reason (pulling sprites, music, whatever), I'll very often end up blitzing my way up to Bugsy or something just for the sake of nostalgia.

A runner-up would be Pokémon Puzzle Challenge. I'm fully aware it's just a Pokémon reskin of some other puzzle game/franchise, but I really dig it. I didn't find out about it until about 4 or 5 years ago, so it was like discovering brand new Johto content with the sprites and music used in the game, a real treat. It's a fun game and surprisingly difficult at times if you don't keep your wits about you.
