Godzilla Final wars (they mean it this time)

For the 50th anniversary of Godzilla, toho studios will be releasing his absolutely final film. Godzilla vs. Destroyah was supposed to kill him off years ago, but they're serious now...pouring their entire budget and capability into their be-all end-all ultimate project, even enlisting some american effects studios (but never fear, the monsters will still be rubber suits)

Like the old Destroy all Monsters, there's gonna be over a dozen kaiju battling eachother and wrecking famous cities around the world. I'm just psyched because the cast will include Hedorah, the smog monster, my favorite film monster EVER! He's only ever been in a single movie...I never dreamed they'de bring him back, much less at the last possible minute.

Apparently godzilla will be made several times more powerful than he's been in any previous incarnation, but will still be taking on a much-stronger new mystery opponent. The title isn't finalized...they're also considering "The Godzilla" (not bad) and "50Dzilla" (errr...bleh?)

This has been big news for the past 4 or 5 months! But actually, if you read into it, Toho said that this will be it's final Godzilla film for the next decade or so, not forever. They said that this will depend on how popular Godzilla gets during this time, as that's why they made so many more after theri 4 supposed "final" films.

Ooh, a new godzilla movie. That'll be interesting to see. They better not make anything CG though...I'm glad to hear that the monsters will be people in rubber suits, but what about the cities they're destroying? I just hope Mothra's in it, he rules ^_^

Wow I haven't seen every Godzilla movie. Infact I've barely seen any. All I've seen is the original Godzilla: King of the Monsters, Godzilla vs. Mothra, Godzilla 1985 (that one I like alot for some reason), something with Minila (SP?) being bullied by some other monster or something (I can't remember the title) and the american Godzilla (which I also like)

This looks awsome, and im really phyced about the Gigan, my favorite Godzilla monster. The art for it is incredible, and they made him look less fat too -_-

Ooh, cool. My brother will like this. He's a big fan of Godzilla, lol. ^_^; I've only seen the latest American Godzilla movie; that one where he builds a nest under New York city, and lays eggs. When everyone starts to find out, the military starts trying to chase it out of the city, and it ends up destroying a lot of things. Anyways, will it be that same kind of animation, or is it going to be like the old, original movies?

Do you mean Godzilla vs. Space Godzilla? In that he gets attacked...but there are a couple where he actually tries to fight.

in the end of this movie, the last remaining egg hatch and godzilla poped out. r they ever gonna put part 2 to that one?

as u can tell i hate those rubber suits!!

so is orga gonna be there. his my favorite...well i havent seen the entire movie....barely anything but the 5 minute ending wen he kills somone on a building.

I can't wait to see this movie. It's going to be pretty big, and Mothra is going to be in it, she plays a major role. She's also my favorite. They said that this is the last G-movie for a while, they'll make other movies, one's about Rodan, Mothra, Ghidorah, or perhaps a new monster.

Sounds pretty sweet, we can only hope that its as good as it sounds. I want to some more Godzilla/Mecha godzilla action too darnit.
