Grammar type?

Grammar type?

I try to use as proper grammar as I possibly can wherever I go unless I'm parodying something. Why? First, I'm a grammar nazi. I fully admit it. I review fics and pick apart things like grammar, so it'd be incredibly hypocritical of me not to be as perfect as I can possibly be. (I admit I make mistakes now and then.)

Second, I acknowledge the fact that some people unfortunately judge others by appearance: on the series of tubes, they look at the way you write and judge whether or not you're an intelligent person based on that. As I've said, it's unfortunate that that happens, but it does. So, I'm a bit self-conscious.

I always prefer proper grammar. It's not that hard to just type out words correctly and use good punctuation. Plus it's a lot easier to read, especially on a forum like this when there is so much information flowing around.

I try to type proper but my Grammar is actually, pretty much perfect. I am not boasting though because I don't know every single word in the English dictionary but from the words I know, I am pretty much perfect. Apparently.

I use proper grammar whenever I can, but I do occasionally stuff up.

I try my hardest to maintain proper grammar and mechanics on the Internet. That way, another person can understand me clearly and understand the ideas I'm trying to put on the table without confusion; my English won't become rusty either. I sometimes have a difficult time comprehending the speech of those who use chatspeak on the Internet mostly because of the use of abbreviations and uncommon acronyms. Some of them can be so bizarre...

I was told that if I don't type in perfect grammar, I would be attacked.

Besides, it just makes me look better. Sure, I do have some bad habits that the grammar police would have hissy-fits over (like the fact that I have a problem starting sentences with conjunctions. The horror!) But at least what I'm typing can be easily read and understood. Plus, it makes me look intelligent.

And yes, I do type like this even on MSN, because it's a good habit I can't quit.

I only type incorrectly when mocking people.

hay guyz!!! the first option is grammerly wrong!!!111 i is gonna correct it!!! huuuuuurrrrrrrrrrfffff
