Hello to all the members of this forum! I'm glad to be here and, as is tradition, I'm making my very first post in the welcome section. It would be cute if I wasn't a hideously deformed ginger.

As far as these threads go, I usually can't decide how much information to post. I mean, besides Pokemon, will anyone know what I'm talking about if I said I love the older gentleman with a well maintained moustache. A particularly fine specimen, and a personal hero of mine, is Jocky Scott. Go on, Google him. It's perfectly safe for work.

Now my name is a combination of my nickname, as well as the last three letters of the place I'm from and the football team I support. Yes, I'm certainly original, there is no doubt about that. Better than my old nickname, Shannon. You know, because that's a girls name.

Finally, I wish to say I'm looking forward to interacting with you all and generally just getting to grips with everything this site has to offer. Cheers!

Pretty interesting intro you have there.

You made the right decision to join PC, it is a friendly community with fun and happy-going users. We are the biggest Pokemon Community on the planet (maybe the entire universe lol :D)

So tell us, what sections are you interested in? I might recommend the Pokemon Gaming boards first, maybe even Pokemon Anime or Pokemon General. There's also some non-Pokemon stuff too which is what makes us a diverse community, even the many users have cultural differences among them.

If you want to talk, feel free to shout out a VM to me or if you have a tough question, you can contact our friendly moderators and admins.

What do they say about first impressions, right?

I hope so. Perhaps I'll bring some much needed Scottish cynicism and general grumpiness. The entire universe? Possibly stretching it, I mean what if there are planets out there with sentient life that utilise similar powers as that of Pokemon. What a scary prospect indeed! I'm predominantly interested in the games, as they are the general driving force for my passion of Pokemon. However, the general stuff will also appeal as I'm quite a massive geek for various other topics and themes.

Seriously, Requility, go on Google images. He's the epitome of handsomeness. Had to take my trousers to the launderettes after I had my picture taken with him. That was hard to explain. I said to the woman behind the counter that I had spilled slightly congealed milk onto myself. She exhaled slightly, and gave me a smirk. She knew! :(

Yes, it's great. I run quite fast, and support a football team. I just can't use anything else these days, some people struggle to remember my first name despite knowing me quite well. Well, you've persuaded me. I imagine if you shout anything else in my face with that level of passion and excitement, I'm likely to do exactly as you say.

As for usernames, I find I'm not too creative with them either; usually I'd just use a Pokemon/character name or a real word that looks pretty in my eyes haha.

Nice to see you've already dug around the forum and made some posts, that's great to see :D I'd also recommend the Off-Topic discussions if you'd like to take a break from talking about Pokemon, since I'm sure none of us want to talk about it 100% of the time lmao.

Thanking you! Everyone here seems to be extremely friendly and welcoming. Almost suspiciously so! I'll be honest, if I catch anybody here in a cult, worshipping some obscure deity and hiding anyone that questions these goings on inside a travellers caravan, then I'll be quite upset. Especially if this caravan is somehow mysteriously found underneath a medieval English church. Might make for a good film actually...

I'll do that, I'll maybe even go for a serious style of posting in the general section of the forum if the mood takes me. There is more chance of a 'Saved by the Bell' remake being announced, but stranger things have happened!
