    You may know that my school blocked PC and for the last week or so I've been using proxies to get around the block. Well, the IT staff found out about the proxies and got mad, so now I've been banned from the computer system at school and I will only be able to get on PC for 2 hours a week (from home, on the weekends), except for during school holidays. Don't think that this is my choice; it isn't. I live for PC, I don't know what I'm going to do without it. It's my problem of living in Australia where broadband is way too expensive again.

    Kairi, Andy, I guess this means you'll need to demod me - if I may, I'd request that JKaizer take my place as the second mod of WD, if you need someone to take up those duties. And Kairi, I'm glad your birthday is on a weekend - it means I'll be able to help celebrate.

    I'm going to miss you all a lot - two hours a week is nowhere near enough for the amount of communication I need. Hopefully broadband prices here will come down soon and we'll be able to get it at home.

    i am sad now :( i used to have dial up but that was too epensive for me because it kept kicking me off but now i got adsl with telstra i am very sad for you :( i hope somehow you get back on
     
    Now that's just a travesty...the school should look into the spirit of the law instead of the letter of the law and realize that you were performing duties at a harmless site...instead they needlessly make another helpless kid a victim of their inability to look beyond what law you broke into why you broke it...I'm sorry that this happened, and I'm sorry you're being forced to lose all you've accomplished here. Hopefully they'll lift the ban, but until then, I hope that things get better for you.

    Aww, I'm sorry to hear that Jedi_Amara. That really sucks, and I know dial-up is ****. I don't think you have to be de-modded. Just do the best you can when you can get access. They are plenty of staff that spends less time than here than you. I hope you get chances to come here often!
     
    Yeah, you don't need to be demodded at all. As long as you can do your job, even if it's for less time than me even, there's no need for a demotion of any kind. Remember: It's not activity that makes a Mod, it's ability.
     
    You can still Mod Jedi...if you actually stay for the 2 hours a week, that's pretty much, the bare minimum...heh, 2 hours a week is more active than some other mods have been...ya just need to catch the mistakes when you see em...

    Wow, that sure does suck for you. I'm very sorry, I know how hard it will be to leave PC for so long and only have around 2 hours a week on it, but it most be so much harder for you since you've been here alot longer than me. I can't stress how bad this makes me feel. Well, you've done all you could and thats all that counts now.

    Fricken school. Thank God I get out on Tuesday.. My school has PC blocked too :@ They have all forums blocked... My School is retarded.They have these log things on them and I HATE them..
     
    Aww, I'm sorry to hear that. I hope that the prices go down for you soon so that you can get Broadband at home. =\ We'll miss seeing you on as much, but there's still no need for you to be de-modded. As long as you try to come on as often as you can, then it's not a problem!

    Yeah.. Some Moderators have not been active in A LONG time..XD Anyways Jedi I doubt anyone would ever de-mod ya ^_^
