Halo 3: ODST

$30 is a great price. I'd pick it up for that right away. I'm in Canada and it costs $70! T___T;

I'd like to say that video game prices are expensive nowadays, but...it really isn't. Only the last generation saw prices come down. We're back to N64 (and probably earlier) prices now.

It honestly depends on you. I have always like the Halo franchise for the fun multiplayer, despite the large amounts of 8 year old kids screaming into their microphones.
And I personally thought it was worth the $60, especially if you didn't get the DLC for Halo 3 before.
And for $30? I would suggest getting it, seeing as how I actually have the game and can tell you that I am enjoying it so far. But this is just the cries of a "fanboy," heed no serious attention to it.

The slayer looks decent though. My input may mean nothing because have never really been into Halo but I want to buy it after seeing the gameplay.

I watched some gamplay and it propted me to buy the game today so I did. i just have one question, do you have to have friends to play it or can you play slayer with randoms?

The only part of ODST that doesn't have matchmaking is Firefight (and the campaigns) but you can probably find people willing to play with you here or on Xbox.com's forum.
The multiplayer disc that ships with ODST is Halo 3 (without the campaign) along with every map released as DLC.

Well, seeing as many of the users on this forum are Nintendo fans, you'll probably get mostly negative feedback, but I'd say it is entirely worth it, it's a steal at $30, and the game is very fun, especially campaign on legendary, which is a very fun challenge. I beat the game solo just barely, about 10 minutes ago, and I found it satisfying. All I have left to do is the FireFight achievements and certain campaign challenges as well. It is well worth your money for that price.

Well ODST is an amazing game if you have freinds to firefight with. The Halo 3 maps are pretty good too. I got it and I did beat it fast but the story was good and I liked it. Get the game it's not as bad as people say it it.

I agree with the vid. XD
I have ODST, the game is ok. I wish it was longer, I wish I hadn't payed $60 for it.... and I wish I had 2 more people to play the game with to get the last two Achievements I need. XD

I don't think it's worth $60 unless you don't have Halo 3. I wish they would have had an ODST game by itself for $30, and then the normal package for $60.

I love this game so much, and on top of the general awesomeness of it, games are so much cheaper here than in the US.

Yes, my brother says it shouldnt be full priced because it is such a short campaign but its worth every penny for someone like me who never owned Halo 3. Im happy with my purchase. The firefight is so much fun too.
