    I'm using my netbook, and i have RMXP installed, but it won't run. It comes up with a message saying
    "cannot run with less than 1024 x 768 resolution."

    Any way to bypass this, change resolution, etc?

    I had the same problem.In fact,Im using my net book right now! xD

    There is no way to bypass this except get a monitor hookup that can be set to a higher resolution.That is what I'm doing now.
    I have a Montior Cord, and aHDTV that has a RBG slot in the back so I can hook it up and set it as a monitor.That is the only, otherwise,you're stuck.Good Luck Sir!

    Oh BTW, You might need a Wireless Mouse and Keyboard.You're gonna get tired of sitting with your laptop watching that screen, so that way,It'll be easier.Its what I have also.Eliminates the stress ^^

    Second of all, to actually answer your question, no, there is no way to by pass it. You need to get a computer with a modern resolution. 800x600 isn't going to cut it anymore.

    I work off two netbooks... both Acer Aspire 1, and both have a default resolution of 1024x600.
    They work wonderfully with RMXP.

    There's a way to do it without the external monitor if you're using an acer. The resolution only needs to be 1024x768 when the program starts, and after that it doesnt matter...

    So go download the program a1ctl ver 1.0 by Noda. After you run it you can change the screen size, fan speed, etc etc all from over by your clock in the lower left corner.
