I didn't think Cynthia was that hard, I beat her on my second try,
I thought your rival in LG/FR the second time around was the hardest.

RBY: I found Gary to be pretty easy once I got a level 60 Magmanr from my cousin.
GSC: Lance wasn't really THAT hard. He was a slight pain though.
RSE: Steven was okay. He's not that hard to beat. I don't have Emerald so I haven't fought Wallace except in the gym, and he's pretty easy to beat for the eigth gym so he should be easy as the champion.
DP: Can't wait to fight Cynthia to see how hard she really is.

    In general...
    - Gary is difficult, because all his Pokemon are different types. Other than that, just get an uber-trained Pokemon and kick his butt.
    - Lance can be easily killed by an Ice Pokemon.
    - Steven can easily be killed by a Fire Pokemon.

Wallace was easy the first time, I hate how LG/FR's E4 is so strong, and Lance was the eaiset, I just ebat him with my Level 57 Poilwrath and my other Pokemon

Why would you hate how strong they are. That's like a blessing for any pokemon trainers to have someone to fight to give you massive exp.

Seriously, I thought Cynthia was the best. Excluding her Gastrodon and Roserade, her team pretty much rocked. If you didn't KO a pokemon, expect to be KO'd.

Red and Blue: Yeah, I found Gary was pretty hard. His Blastoise just killed my team. Mainly because it could use Blizzard all it wanted (they didn't have limited PP for the opponents back then). I also remember Blizzard being more accurate back then. I think my Lapras was the only one that could take that Blastoise down, at least during my first Elite Four fight.

Gold and Silver: Okay, Lance's team was kind of boring. He has three Dragonites, for Pete's sake. I know there aren't very many Dragon Pokemon out there, especially in the 2nd generation of Pokemon games... but a Dragonair or Kingdra would have been nice. It just gets pretty tedious trying to take down the same Pokemon three times in the same battle (although their movesets do vary a little). As for difficulty, his team was probably the easiest to take down out of all the champions' teams I've faced. It may be that their levels are kind of low... or it may be that so many of them are weak to Ice or Water attacks.

Ruby and Sapphire: I don't remember much from this battle, because it's been ages since I've played the Ruby version. I think I mostly used my Swampert and Gardevoir to take down Steven's team. I really do not remember having any sort of extreme difficulty with this battle.

Emerald: Okay, Wallace's team is a pain. I hate his Ludicolo the most. Especially after his Wailord uses Rain Dance. This ups Ludicolo's speed to a point where even my fastest Pokemon can't go first. Then we bring in the Double Team, and things just get really annoying.
Other things that annoy me about Wallace are his tendency to use poisoning moves, all the Full Restores he has, and Milotic's Recover.

The E4 champion I find the hardest is probably Wallace from Emerald.

I have not yet gotten a chance to battle Gary in Fire Red, and I don't own any versions of Pokemon for the DS.

Cynthia was the most difficult for me... I needed luck and many tries to defeat her. =/

I thought Gary was the hardest from FR/LG. It was interesting that FR/LG's E4 and Champion leveled up after the first time. That's what made it hard for me. =P Cynthia wasn't that hard. I only hated her Garchomp (for NEVER! (D:<) missing Dragon Rush), and her Spiritomb. Other than that, Gary was the hardest! =D

Steven was the hardest for me, I lacked a good fire type at the time so Metagross was a killer

Wallace was the easiest because I had a Manetric so it was nothing. The hardest will probably be my Rival he had some great Pokemon

Rival and Cynthia were the hardest because they have a diversity in their teams. Plus their levels were already in the sixties while mine were around the mid-fifty. Those were the only two battles where I used plenty of Revives and Full Restores.

As for the other Champions, Lance and the rest of the Elite Four in GSC were jokes because of their low levels. I owned Lance with Feraligatr and Alakazam. Alakazam was only used to Thunder Punch Gyarados to death while Feraligatr destroyed the rest of his team with Ice Punch on the Dragonites and Surf on Charizard and Aerodactyl.

Steven was easy too. Swampert owned most of his team with Earthquake, Surf, and Ice Beam. Magneton was used to Thunderbolt Skarmory which is one of its main weaknesses.

I forgot what I used to beat Wallace in Emerald. I remember having trouble taking down Milotic because it kept on using Recover. Everything else was easy to beat.

Second round rival in FR/LG is Evil!!!! Luckily after I beet it the first time and fixed da thing I traded my lvl 100 blaziken from my ruby and kicked his but. I tried w/o blaziken and got badly pwned by tyranitar.

I got pwned so many times in FR/LG the second time. He's just ridiculously powerful.

Lance and Cynthia are the easiest champions, IMO. I beat Lance with 2 pokemon and I beat Cynthia with a team of lv50 pokemon and my Gengar didn't even land 1 hit but I still managed to win.

Blue used to be very hard for me, but now he's a piece of cake.

Cynthia was extreemely hard for me. It took me over 30 minutes to defeat her, and most of my Pokemon were at level 65. I almost got creamed.

Probably LG/FR....because I STILL HAVEN'T BEATEN HIM! *bashes head into keyboard*

Wallace comes ins second, since he kept kicking my butt so much.

GSC, was by far the easiest.

I've never beaten Steven before, but I'm always one away.

And lastly of my games, it took me only two tries to beat her.

I didn't think Cynthia was that hard, I beat her on my second try,

Sorry to be a little off-topic, but the hardest ANYONE can battle is Ash Ketchum...YES...Ash Ketchum...

In GSC you fight him in a cave WAY on top of the champion only cave, when you press the talk button, he will reply cool and calm as: " ...... " ~exclusive battle music plays~

    His Pokemon are:

    Pikachu: Lv.81
    Snorlax: Lv.76
    Charizard: Lv.77
    Blastoise: Lv.77
    Venusaur: Lv.77

I think that's the right order and levels.
Don't remember if he had a Pidgeot or not.

I'm sure that's the right order and levels.

It's not exclusive. Lance has the same music. He also has an Espeon.

Cynthia's pretty hard the first time round if you haven't trained enough as the levels do jump quite a bit from the E4 members to her Pokemon...

Uhhh that would be Red. Also, he's not that great. He's just high in LVs. His Pikachu is his ultimate failure, and his biggest threat (to me) was his Snorlax, which copntinually used Rest and amnesia to make the battle drag on longer.

Really, the hardest person anyone can battle is someone in the Battle Tower.
