no i have not caught a shiny in the marsh :( .

Yes & No.

Yes, if having a save file ready before every important battle in case anything bad happens, like one of my Pokemon fainting, and reseting so I can do it again but this time with no casualties, yeah.

If that doesn't count, then no. XD

Have you ever ever released a strong Pokemon by mistake or on purpose??
 
No.

have you ever failed catching a legendary Pokemon and had to run away.
 
No. I've gotten the idea a few times, but I suck at drawing real pogeymanz D=

Yawh, but now I usually just don't use starters when playing through the game.

No I would never catch it by accident after I spent so long looking for one in R/S/E

Nope, it would be fun to give it a try though.

yes and i probably named it lulz or wtf

have you ever released a shiny or legendary?
 
I've released a few legendaries, since the ones in the older games are all boring anyway.

Have you ever caught two shinies in the same day?
 
no. The only shinies i've ever find was golbat and roselia


Have you ever tried to beat the elite 4 with your pokemon ten levels lower than the lowest pokemon in the elite 4?
 
As a matter of fact i did on sapphire.

Have you ever mistaken Heracross for an evolution of Pinsir? (hehe i did when G/S/C first came out XD)
 
No, but I can see why you'd think that :D

Have you ever become so attached to a Pokemon you have to trade it over to any game or new game you start so as not to get rid of it? If so which one? (Personally I have a Swellow I can't bring myself to ever lose)
 
Oh yes, definitely.
My male Bellossom, 'Belmort', has a really cruddy nature, but I just love him too much to get rid of him.

Have you ever tried to capture a trainer's Pokemon? XD
 
Yes, sure. Many times.

Have you trained your Typhlosion to lvl100? (I have!)
 
lol i never really evolved my cyndaquil XD

have you ever saved your games infront of a legendary pokemon, just to keep restarting until you got a shiny one. if you have done this, then if you found a shiny one, did you fail in catching it...like my Palkia? =[
