Have You Had Or Have Braces?

Nope, I haven't. My teeth are always fine, and I hope they stay that way. XD

However about 3 of my friends from school have just started wearing braces.

I once used to wear a retainer which no one could see, because the brace was trying to make the teeth right at the back move forward.

I've had braces on and off from when I was about 10 years old until a little more than two years ago.

Yes I had braces when I was about fourteen. And when I was seventeen I got them off. It was the happiest day of my life. XD But I was glad I had them, because it did helped my major overbite.

When I was younger, I was told "oh, you might need braces, you're probably going to get braces", and stuff like that...and yet now, years later, I've not seen one sign of them. I've never had any real need to get them - which is good, since I don't need to add another problem to my teeth right now.

I go today to get X-rays of my teeth and all that jazz. Sometime next week I'm getting braces. Ooooh lucky me! XD

I had braces for two years. It was not at all fun. I couldn't eat a lot of my favorite foods, plus they hurt all the time. I was so relieved when I got them taken off!

I still have them, hate it. The flossing is sooo much harder and when they tightened them..ugh I'm sore for a day or two.

I've had them since the summer of 7th Grade and turns out, I have another year. >.<(*ish going to be in 10th Grade).

At least I never have to wear headgear again. I hated them. "Wear them for 12 hours."

Nope, and fortunately the dentist said that with good luck my teeth will continue growing in the manner they are now, so I shall never require any sort of interference :D!!! ♥ ^^

I had braces about 4 years ago then I had to wear a plate 2 years ago and a few weeks ago, the orthodontist said I didn't have to wear my plate for a while...
