The PS1 version is actually pretty gimped, and not just in graphics unfortunately. Numerous level design changes has been made and there's actually less content. Overall the Dreamcast version is the way to go (or 3DS since it's a direct port of that one).
To me though the PS1 version has a special place in my heart because of the cute voice acting, which isn't present in the other versions. Especially the uh..."king".

The Last Story? ^^

^ I doubt it, it's kinda unpopular as well but it's got a touching storyline and some captivating characters, even though the graphics is lacking in everyway and some of the voice acting is a bit samey. :X
