Hello community, as you can already tell by the title, I haven't been active in the scene for years. Also, this account is empty so therefore, please do not wonder. I want to know a few things and your answers would be highly appreciated.

Let me list you my questions:

1. Is there a specific website for graphics (tile(sets), sprites etc.)?
2. Is it possible to hack Pokémon D/P or even White/Black (2)?
3. What Pokémon edition can you work on the best?
4. Because I was not able to find a specific list, is there a list for every hacking tool?
5. What is Game Freaks stance on ROM Hacking?

1) Check PC's resource thread and DeviantArt for public tiles. I think Jaizu's site https://romhack.it/ has some resources for graphics as well

2) Yes, if you're willing to put in the time to learn how. It's not popular here to hack those games, so it'd be a single person effort I'd imagine.

Great answer, thanks a lot. Still though, it seems like I'll have to catch up on a lot of things to really get back into all this. I personally would say that I have always done well in terms of ROM hacking. I have already planned a few things, I thought of a storyline and all that important stuff.
