So I've been trying to make a hack of LeafGreen with a friend, and we've been trying to implement Pokemon from all of the first three generations. Problem is they won't evolve.

I've tried to change the order in which the Pokemon appear in the Dex, but the only tool I found is exclusive to FireRed.
I've considered giving the player the National Dex early, but I have no idea how.

Also, I've tried using some programs to change the title screen graphics (NSE 2.1 and unLZ-GBA), but each will not work properly with LeafGreen.

Any suggestions??

If you want Pokemon to evolve, use gen3 suite and change the evolution data there. It's a very clear system to use so I won't bother explaining it (although, I thought leaf green had all the Pokemon from the first 3 gens in it already so that means the evolution data is right).

PGE has a Pokedex order editor.

Giving the National Dex is a script like this:

I think they don't evolve if you don't have the National Dex that's why he wants that earlier.
