you seem to be assuming that blissey will be on every single team in the universe :P
Most people expext a physical crobat anyway.

Assuming crobat gets a nasty plot sludge bomb does a average of 8% to blissey thats only 2% with lefties factored in. Nice dead blissey.

Key word being assumes; I used to run a Specs Crobat in my gym and worked nicely.

I don't think you can do a limit on what pokemon since they have to use the same team throughout the challenge.
 
That is correct. Hopefully lmpiii will post his rules soon so I can do the OP.
