i didnt even play RAcast five times i lost once but i only ok'd 1 from his team with 5 left

there is no possible way for your starmie to be legit you gave me the stats i checked them on smogon and you had max stats (252evs in everything 31ivs in everything).

well actully having 31 in all ivs is easier now due to RNG abuse but the fact that the starmie has 252 evs in everything makes it pokesav

The point is, even though you were using hacked Pokemon, you suffered an outright pathetic loss to RAcastBlaster, and though I could believe that you simply made an uninformed trade if you had but one illegitimit Pokemon, you have a confirmed three.

ummm... no, even hacked pokemon can lose harshly :P stats don't mean everything.
