HG/SS MiniGames Discussion!

Heyz! This little thread here is a place where you can discuss about the new minigames in HG/SS!

I really cant wait, and I believe that these will be all 3D! RACING WILL BE SO MUCH FUN! (sorry if the caps hurtz your eyes o.O)!
 
I hope there really is a racing mini game! Can't wait! Hopefully it doesnt look like Pokemon Dash... Please Keep it kinda with Kirby styled graphics and the usage of sprites
 
I hope the pokemon racing uses the overworld sprites (the ones that follow you) and that you get to have some sort of control over the actual pokemon! Just watching would be boring...
 
In the Coro coro scan for this month, it showed artwork of the new girl. She appeared to be holding a steering wheel. Entei is looking up at her. So, I believe racing will definitely be in this game. This is awesome! :D

I'm happy that there will be more mini-games in this game. (B/c I enjoyed the ones in Platinum. I even got good at the Mime Jr. one. My highest score was 100000 points. :D)
 
I'm excited, I love the little minigames. I hope you can win prizes for them though, like in FrLgE with the Wireless Adaptor. It'd be nice to make it easier to get those rare berries than having to trade a lot for them.
 
I highly doubt they'll include characters from the anime/manga universes that weren't in the originals. It doesn't really fit. Having Eusine back is nice, though.

O.K,

On an HG/SS Update posted today, it said that in the game, you will meet the Kimono girls numerous times in the gameplay.

So, what do ou think they'll be up to?

Performing in various cities?

Battling on various routes?

Even a Gym Leader Trainer?

What do you think?
 
The reason, I think, You'll meet them a few more times, is because they will have Eevee's new evolutions+New Kimono girls
 
They should be spread across the globe, and if you find and defeat all of them you get all of the eevee evolutions?

I remember having Crystal but I don't think I even remember "Mysticalman Eusine."

Has anyone ever noticed that the name Eusine is just Suicune jumbled around without the letter C?

I doubt they'll be Gym Leaders. If Contests make an appearance in Johto, I definitely think they'll be there. I think you'll just meet them how you meet your rival and such, in various cities and routes they'll be there about their business.

Also I think they should give a slightly-different (maybe just recolored) sprite for each of the Kimono Girls so it's easier to tell the difference.

You don't? He was a fairly big part in the story and you faced him several times. I played Crystal not too long ago and I remember it.

I think you'll meet 2 extra Kimono girls in Kanto, after getting the national 'dex
cos then they could have Glaceon and Leafeon

I can't really think of any places where you could meet up with them :S
the only place, as someone said earlier, is contests, i think that makes so much sense.

I can see you meeting one of them by the sudowoodo tree, as she could be stuck and can't get back to Ecruteak, then she tells you to go to the dance theater, because the first time i played through Gold & silver (i was 7...) i didn't actually go there, so i was pretty eff'ed without Surf, & i had no idea where to get it :( (thank god for guides ;P)
 
I think the more legendaries the better. Makes it easier for you to catch every pokemon. But hey, I dont see why the people who dont like so many legendaries are complaining. Just dont catch them / trigger their event to start roaming o.o
 
they should make team rocket more strong and be able to catch pokemon like larvitar more soon

I think HG/SS will be the last main Pokemon games for DS...
That's why they make all(or most) legendaries can be catchable...

Eusine, he was an exclusive character from Crystal.
I think it's not bad to speculate that the Extreme Speed Dratini will come back... =P
