I restarted my game, because I kept fainting. Now I have Chikorita, Metapod (which I plan on evolving to butterfree soon), and Mareep. Oh, and I got a Modest nature on mareep, so that's a huge plus. I'm doing sprout tower right now. And suggestions for my team are appreciated!

Okay, I had a level 10 abra I caught in route 34, but this one's higher-level. And I had the spare coins after getting ekans for my pokedex. It's going to be a great pokemon after evolving.

Say what you will about butterfree not being good, but it was a fairly solid pokemon when I played a run of pokemon leafgreen. Sleep Powder the foe so it can't attack me (I'll admit butterfree has low physical defense, and several weaknesses), then confusion for things weak to it. Or gust for things weak to that, but not confusion. If neither of them are super effective, I'll U-Turn out.

I like my team so far. It's gotten me to goldenrod city!

ToDAY, my grandma made Chicken Pastry from scratch. After eating until full, we broke out our blankets and vuvuzela and played with Pokemon Cats until we passed out.

Finally finished traininng my 5th pokemon on my team. Now currently training my sixth one.

My cousin had a HG and I decided to play it, because she never did.

And I decided not to evolve my pokemon until I beat most aspects of the game.

I just finished ev training my nu team. It took me one month and 6 days to finish it. Time to test my team if they are superior to me. I'll start on my ou and uu team after my finals are over for school. Right now I'm breeding my pokemon for the right natures. Also my slowpoke evolve into slowking on April fools day.

I'm just to scared to battle Red yet so I'm training my pokemon until they go crazy :D poor E4, they've been beaten for a 100500 times..

Whoa today must be my lucky day. I got an extra expshare from the lottery corner and a brave, modest, adamant chimar. They are all males with egg moves off taunt, flamethrower and u turn. But still no jolly chimar. Darn.

just got another adamant chimar again.

I caught a spearow to teach cut to, but it cant learn it =P

Now trying to catch a paris for that same purpose.

After a month of not touching my heartgold, I trained my team to the mid 40's, and took on the E4. All but Lance were easy. I just gave my feraligatr an agility, two xattacks, an xdefend, and proceeded to 1-hit his whole team (which still took a few turns thanks to his gyarados).

Still trying to breed a jolly chimar but no success.

Attempting to breed a Modest Abra, it's not going so well. A box and a bit full of them so far. :\
