    I'm a Pokemon training Grandma who's been looking for a place to share experiences and learn new Poke facts. I've loved the game since Yellow, and am currently trying to catch 'em all in Diamond. This site looks nice and friendly as well as informative, so I look forward to being a member and interacting with you all.

    Its no joke, Fairytales lol. I'm 54 years old, a granny, and the only adult I know who plays Pokemon. Before my grandkids and their friends out-grew Pokemon (didn't know such a thing was possible!), at family feasts I could always be found among a group of kids, discussing the game. I loved watching the other adults' faces as they'd try to keep up with the conversation and got left in the dust, wondering what language we were speaking. :-p Pokemon trainers share a passion, an animation, and an excitement that rarely exists in the real adult world. I'm a serious, dedicated trainer and miss that interaction, so am very pleased at the reception I've received. It'll be great to make friends other trainers my own age (assuming such a thing exists?) and to finally have someone to trade with!

    Heh heh. I wish my grandparents were as cool as you! It's pretty neat to know that there's older people out that enjoy playing Pokemon as much as the rest of us "young'uns" do. :laugh:
     
    That will probably be me at age 50+ still into pokemon haha. That it awesome!
