    I have been a Pokemon fan since right about the time the anime first released in English. Since then, I have have played every new generation at or close to launch. While many of my peers have less interest in the world of Pokemon, I am and have always been a Pokemaniac. Silver is the most nostalgic to me, but X's 3D battles are the best ever.

    I get you, a lot of people here don't really have others to converse Pokemon with so they pop by forums like these to befriend other fans. Luckily my closer friends are still pretty into it - X and Y especially have been amazing and brought tons of older fans back to the franchise. I'm still hooked on breeding months later and am getting ready for OR/AS coming November, haha.

    I know how you feel, I lack the friends in real life who like Pokemon so hence why I decided to make friends here who share the passion of being Pokemon fans. X and Y were really cool games in my opinion, they introduced so many revolutionary changes to the franchise such as Mega Evolutions, Fairy-type, Super Training, changes to various moves and more. The 6th Generation surely has been getting older fans back into Pokemon, and I'm sure with the upcoming Ruby and Sapphire remakes we'll be seeing even more old fans come back.

    Well, I hope everything goes well for you during your time here and you can always ask Sheep or her fellow staff if you have any questions. I do hope we can chat about Pokemon together sometime so don't hesitate to shout me a message, and I'll see you around!

    Its nice to meet a fellow fan of the old gen. I like Ruby most, but heart/silver was great...And I do agree, 3D Battles is pretty sweet. Those mega evolution transformations are the best.
