    Hello, PC! I'm not exactly new to forums, but I wanted to introduce myself. I'm Silver Ice, and I really like Pokemon haha. I'm a high school student and I live in Ohio. I don't have a favorite Pokemon because there are so many great ones, but some of them are Lugia, Articuno, Celebi, Metagross, and Totodile. Johto is my favorite region. I have an account on smogon.com, I'm Princess of Johto (lol don't be deceived, I am a guy. Err it's a long story so if you really wanna know just ask) but I was looking for another forum to join and this looks like a nice community.

    Hello, and welcome to PC, Silver Ice! Sadly I'm not a member on Smogon's forums but I do sometimes consult the site for advice on competitive battling, I'm only still a rookie at competitive play but I hope to learn more so I can eventually play all the tiers, we have a Pokemon Showdown server here where you can talk and battle with fellow PC members. I joined there back in December last year and I have already made a good contribution, even getting voiced status for a while. Sadly I fell back to regular member status because they are going to restructure the voiced promotions to mature, helpful users so I'm planning on doing my best so I can get my spot back. I go under a few usernames there, but most of the time you'll find me as Dαikenki there.

    And Johto I have to admit is a very nostalgic region, are you a fan of 2nd Gen games and HG/SS by any chance? Also, nice fave Pokemon you have there, given what you've mentioned I think you tend to like Psychic-types (since 3 of those mentioned there are part-Psychic), I do like Psychic Pokemon as well but my absolute fave type is Water, which Totodile is. But sadly he's not my fave Water Starter, that honor goes to Oshawott of the Unova region. I love 5th Generation as a whole, because of the cool graphics in Black/White and Black 2/White 2.

    Anyway, have fun, stick around and become a very contributive member along the way! Our staff members (such as Cirno, our own mod of this section here) are always happy to help you, and so are our more experienced members as well. I'll be seeing ya around the forums dude!

    May I just start off by saying you have an amazing avatar and signature? Really, they're so beautiful! The avatar especially is just so breathtaking.

    You're right that that there are too many awesome Pokemon. I definitely can't ever pick a favorite... if someone were to ask I'd probably make a list of at least twenty of them aha. Totodile is one of the cutest starters though, right up there with Chikorita and Bulbasaur, so you're already showing that you have awesome taste! Plus you like Johto which makes you even cooler; that's my second favorite region. I recommend the Metal/Color Games board for discussions on R/B/Y and G/S/C so if you're a fan of the earlier gens, which it appears you are (pardon if I'm wrong!), you should stop by sometime. :) But there's also the amazing Fourth Gen Games section where you can talk about HeartGold and SoulSilver!

    PC will hopefully be one of your home forums since we are super awesome here. If you're into battling you should perhaps check out the Battle Center as well as our Pokemon Showdown server. It's really packed with people most of the time and can be extremely chatty during certain hours. Pretty great way to get to know the members that frequent PC and an even better way to make friends. Showdown regulars are one of the most amazing people on here.

    The Pokemon you listed as some of your favorites are some of my own favorites as well! I love the three birds, and because of that I love the image in your sig! My favorite Pokemon though is Umbreon (:
