    Tried to come up with an original thread title...gave up pretty quickly!

    Anyway, hello PC!
    I guess I should introduce myself. I have been lurking the boards for a while and have finally decided to join (although I probably should have done so sooner!).

    Pokemon is a bit of an obsession of mine and always has been. Starting with Blue on my purple Gameboy Colour I have owned and played every version since. My favourite Pokemon has always been Arcanine but many have come close to usurping its throne.

    Now I am attending University my play hours have only increased as I desperately procrastinate at every opportunity. I hope that joining PC will aid me in this quest of avoiding any work and only barely making deadline!

    I cant really think of anything else you would want to know so I will offer a pre-emptive thanks for any welcomes received and will retire to my bed as I have just realised I can hear the dawn chorus.

    That's alright about the title. :3 The most important thing is that you've introduced yourself. :D Welcome aboard to the community! :3

    I grew up with Red, which was also released with Blue. But I like Silver the most. :3 Pokemon is a great procrastination tool, wonder how I managed to play Pokemon and get a 3.0 GPA during my college years. haha. xD PC will help you get back into your Pokemon playing roots! There are also friends here in this community, so you can always meet others and share similar interests. :D

    Oh, haha. You pulled an all nighter, I assume. Better head off to sleep lmao. We'll still be around, and I hope you can stick around if you can though! Have a nice time here at PC, and I hope you can be active!
     
    Thanks for the welcome! The second generation were my favourites as well. I'm sure I'll stick around just need to get posting xD.

    So, you say you played Blue, huh? I can't say I played red or blue, but I did play there remakes later down the line. Oh, BTW, this is a great website to procrastinate on. I should know. XD

    Thanks for the welcome! I can already see that i will feel at home here given time. I would definitely recommend playing the first games. Nice and simple although not as pretty as the later games xD
