[Intro] Hello There!

    Hey!

    I don't really know what to say here... Well I am from germany, 22 and pretty new in this. Only this week I started getting interested in Pokémon - super late, I know - and I'm already totally obsessed, so here I am. Hope I'll meet some nice people around here :)

    Howdy from the Philippines Whiz! The Pokemon fandom spans all over the world doesn't it? :3 And it's absolutely never too late to start getting into Pokemon <3 Whatever age, whatever time, a fan is a fan, and is very much welcome here :D

    What games have you played so far? And are you excited for the new Legends Arceus game to come out?

    I only bought Pokémon Sword on Tuesday and downloaded PokémonGO the same day

    The Anime actually. I got obsessed with it pretty soon as a started watching it this monday. Then I bought Pokémon Sword for my Switch and downloaded PokémonGO. Yesterday I also bought Pokémon Cards. I can get way to addicted to something when I like it...😅

    Heyyy welcome to the forums! It's impressive you managed to stay away from pokémon for that long, honestly ;) I've been interested in the franchise to some degree for the better part of.... two decades, no even more actually whoa.

    So Pokémon Sword will be your first main series pokémon game? I recommend that you try out the older games if you get the chance too :) at least gen 6 or 7 (X&Y and OmegaRuby&AlphaSapphire or Sun&Moon). They're great too!

    Yeah, I used to think that I wouldn't like it. Now I wish I would've give it a try sooner. And I will definitly try out the older ones too. I just started with that because it was the first that came up in the Nintendo eShop for my new Switch. Thank you for the suggestions!
     
    Hey Whiz! Welcome to the forums and welcome to the world of Pokémon! It's never too late to fall in love with some digital animals. Pokémon just recently celebrated it's 25th anniversary, so you're not that far behind!

    Which starter do you think you'll choose (or already chose) for Sword? :D
