Hello!
I'm LordHypnos from Germany.
I play since first gen, and oras as soon as christmas comes around.

At the moment I am desperately looking for help with pokémon essentials :D

I sorta plan to get OR/AS soon as well, since it's always good to get updated plus I happened to play the original versions when I was only 11 so it will be a huge nostalgia trip. And welcome to the forums, LordHypnos!

If you're asking for advice on Pokemon Essentials, the Game Development section will definitely cover that for you, in fact it has an entire board dedicated to Essentials. The resident mod, Maruno is an Essentials expert himself so you'll definitely be in good hands over there. Hopefully you plan to explore the rest of the forum as well, because it's great to check out whatever topics are worth discussing and everything is varied to cater for everyone's interest.

I already have looked through the developers section, and I got help very quickly, which is so awesome because I am not very experienced.

Say, when are you getting ORAS? When you do get it, we could definitely battle; PM me your friend code any time you wish, and I'll add. Unfortunately, my router doesn't seem to be connecting to any Nintendo devices at the moment (it's like a hardware compatibility issue), so I can't go online from my 3DS. Though, I will be getting a new one later this month; then, the problem will be solved.

Ooh, I hope you enjoy OR/AS when you get it! I won't spoil anything, promise. The games are so worth it though; you're in for an AMAZING treat! Like, if you've played the Gen 3 games, you'll definitely love ORAS, hehe. Waiting for Christmas for ORAS must be extremely difficult - the internet is flooded with spoilers! Although admittedly, you can't really spoil remakes if you've played the originals, which I'm guessing you have, being a fan since the first gen? So it could be worse, right? The anticipation must be murder, though...I was quite irritated just to wait an extra week (in the UK here, so my release was the 28th rather than the 21st) but an extra month...

Anyways, if you ever need anything, or just want to chat, feel free to VM or PM me anytime. I look forward to seeing you around on the forums~

So yeah, when I get ORAS (I really don't mind the spoilers, but I try to avoid them as good as possible) there will definitley some epic battles here :D

Game Development is your go-to for anything related to Essentials, I'm sure you'll get a lot of help there. Unfortunately I know nothing of game-making so I can't really say much that would help out.. but plenty of others know a lot so you're in good hands. No worries.
