Ah I completely understand, PC's a massive forum so it's quite easy to get lost. I encourage you to check out some random threads that interest you and share your opinions in them - it's the easiest way to learn how this place works and meet some cool people. You can also request to have a mentor in the Adoption Centre which I would recommend too.

I have to agree with you <> it's really big around here, but i'm sure i'll find my way. You guys are soooo nice, seriously. I'm really enjoying being a member.
Well, I'm really interested in battling competitively (since 4th gen) and trading too (since always haha)! I'm glad you're a fandom artist! The fandom needs artists to survive XD

Congratulations for your work. I find drawing an amazing skill and I would love to have it...

I also really enjoy writing songs and parodies based on the series (besides my "non-parodies songs", which are songs I perform in festivals. I sure will performance a parody someday tho, it'd be great ^_^)

Doing a post was the right move, yes! if you're always unsure, try to look what's that section all about. You shouldn't be scared, even if PC is pretty big, you're going to get the hang of things really soon and asking for a mentor is a really great idea indeed, we're nice and we don't bite at all. PC is packed with cool people, I'm sure that you're going to make great friends in your stay here.
